Grew up in Izmir, Turkey. I have been cooking past 55 year now. Before coming to Boston. I cooked professinally in Europe, and Turkey.Learned cooking in the tradiition way of European fashion and working at each kitchen position until, I became executive chef. I also attended the Cordon Blue school in Paris. I have been in TV cooking shows in U.S.A and Turkey.
